UFC submissions
Ufc fighters use all sorts of submissions the mosted used is the triangle choke hold. The most effect submission is the ninja choke. The most worthless submission hold is the toe hold. The most deadiest subbmision hold is the is the guillotine. All sorts of ufc fighters use submmissions to win matchs. More fans like to see KO's but submissions take more stragtey then KO's do. My favorite submission is the flying armbar.

Ok first thing first can explain more about the holds. I mean you just say what they are but you don't explainmore about it. So please explain more. Because I wanna know more about the holds because I just saw a UFC fights like friday night. And it was insane I sooo loved it.
